I did not noticed this option "Customized", in that case, using formula this way it must working good 
I dont know, this list probably does not exist and also it think it is not helpful to have something like this, why? because, you need documentation for it and this nobody create

this one "toPips" is something special and was discussed more times here ...
in studio is is not possible open all functions, only own functions ...
it is not MT4 default function, it comes from fxDreema own functions and here is one note, when this function change (like its name), and you need recompile/edit project, you need also change this name of function ... and where you can read about, I think there is no documentation ...
but here in fxDreema Studio you can create own functions and use them in all projects:

CandleID 3 is not true with condition but CandleID 2 is true with condition and trade was opened when CandleID 2 was CandleID 1 (lool mixed explanation ) ... but it is working right ... MA cross hapened after big bullish candle closed (and you toke trades when candle closes (from ID 1) ) ... so I think, it is working fine
what I know, standard SMMA (smoothed MA) from metatrader is static from Candle 1, that means it not repaints ...
not sure yet if it does some different results, if it does, than we can compare

this smoothed MA is only condition which is needed for buy trade?

are you looking in chart for good MA mode (smoothed) and periods?
try this: toPips(0.5*ATR) .. it works with 4 and 5 digits automatically (depends on rule you set in fxdreema settings)
note, that toPips is not function from mql but from fxdreema and when something in future changes and change this function (after updates), you need also change this function in your custom code
I have no experience in protrader, so I am unable to answer you, but generally it is possible if you have/create all functions which comes from mql language ...
about conversion, not yet (not directly through fxdreema) and I have not tried other convertors from mql4 to C# ...
you need it for ninjatrader? ... I think, the best you can do is, create working stuff (this is the hardest part at all) for metatrader, test it and than recreate it into C# manually for specific platform
